   Tasting Notes

Sweet smoke, perfectly ripe black currants, plum skin, black tea, and spice. This vintage is all about polish and precision with every note and detail in its perfect place. This is pure and polished with black fruit, tea spice and potpourri and a beautiful lifting finish. This is the beginning of a new era for Tenor where we aim to smooth everything out for the ultimate drinking pleasure.

- “Also from the Royal Slope, the 2013 Syrah is just ever so slightly lighter at the rim than the 2012, yet sports the same saturated ruby/purple color. It offers more cured meats, tapenade, ground pepper and tobacco leaf notes, with a rich, sexy core of plum and blueberry fruit. Broad, expansive, and sexy on the palate, with tons of fruit, it stays lively, balanced and fresh, and is another beautiful wine. It's much more evolved than the 2012, but both are beautiful wines.”
